Please include your pet’s name, the groomer or salon name (if known), the date of the incident, what happened, and any city, state, or veterinarian details. Let us know if the groomer claimed IAPEG certification and whether you’d like a follow-up. We review every report seriously because your pet deserves better, and the industry needs to be held accountable.
